Mateusz Janek
Mateusz Janek, the founder and managing director of MJ Assessments Ltd Supported Housing, holds a Master of Science in Physiotherapy from the Medical University of Silesia, Katowice, Poland. His career began in Poland, where he did get experience in healthcare settings, before moving to the UK and expanding his expertise as clinician working as physiotherapist and later as a Disability Assessor. This role enriched his understanding of a wide spectrum of physical and mental health conditions, enhancing his assessment skills and deepening his knowledge base, also enabling him to get insight in to care and support needs of patients. Mateusz’s work as Disability Assessor in community, including supported living facilities and his direct experience with the challenges and needs of this population have been instrumental in shaping MJ Assessments Supported Housing approach to care.
